I have lived in North Carolina since the summer of 2006 and I had a wonderful addition to my family a year later, in 2007, my daughter. 

I graduated from Wake Technical Community College with a degree in Therapeutic Massage in July 2011. Since then I have discovered a passion for injury prevention and recovery through massage. I know a variety of techniques to prepare a body for physical activity so it is less likely to be injured. I can also aid in the healing process of a variety of injuries; such as broken bones, strained muscles, scar reduction and chronic pain. I strongly believe in the healing and comforting powers of touch.
